Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Titans. Renfrow appeared to have suffered the concussion on the last play of the game in the team’s 29-23 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Renfrow was evaluated on the field after the Cardinals’ walk-off fumble recovery returned for a touchdown in overtime and did not progress through concussion protocol quick enough to be available against the Titans.

Also ruled out for Sunday’s game is Denzel Perryman (ankle). Renfrow and Perryman are key contributors for the Raiders and will be missed in what will be a big game against the Titans. Neither Renfrow nor Perryman logged a practice all week, and their next chance to suit up for the Raiders will come at home on Oct. 2 against the Denver Broncos.

RB Josh Jacobs (illness) also did not practice all week and is listed as questionable. If Jacobs is unable to go on Sunday, RBs Zamir White, Ameer Abdullah and Brandon Bolden would likely all see some share of the backfield duties. Jacobs is among the NFL league leaders in team running back rush share through two weeks, which means that the makeup of the backfield on a snap-by-snap basis would look very different on Sunday in Jacobs’ absence than it has early in the season.

DT Neil Farrell Jr. (shoulder), C Andre James (concussion), S Tre’von Moehrig (hip) and DT Bilal Nichols (shoulder) are all also listed as questionable against the Titans.

The 0-2 Raiders need to get their first win under their belts and will need all hands on deck against an 0-2 Titans team that is also feeling the pressure to get in the win column on Sunday.
