Raiders release Seven players on first roster cuts

The Las Vegas Raiders have cut their roster down for the first time this offseason by waiving the following five players:

QB Case Cookus

K Dominik Eberle

LS Liam McCullough

RB Bo Scarbrough

WR Caleb Scott

The Raiders made these cuts a day earlier than they had to. Tuesday was the deadline to get down to 85.

Next Tuesday, the Raiders will once again cut another five players. In two weeks from now, they will have to trim down to 53 to get ready for the season opener.

The Raiders also released De’Vante Bausby and Ethan Westbrooks. They have also activated Daniel Carlson from the Covid-19 list.
