In November of 2017, the Las Vegas Raiders broke ground on a new, state-of-the-art stadium. After much anticipation and years of hard work, Allegiant Stadium was completed in the summer of 2020. Here’s all the important information you need to know about Allegiant Stadium.
While Raiders fans had long awaited the chance to see the new stadium, they would have to wait one more year. Now, the time is almost here to welcome Raider Nation to “The Death Star.”
Cashless Stadium
Allegiant Stadium is an entirely cashless operation. Cashless means all transactions will be conducted via credit cards, debit cards, or mobile pay. Allegiant Stadium accepts all major debit and credit cards and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
If you find yourself with cash during the game, there are cash to card kiosks available to you. There is no fee to use the kiosks.
Vaccinations
The Las Vegas Raiders are one of a few NFL teams that will require all of their attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Before the game, you will be expected to upload a copy of your vaccination card to an app called “CLEAR.” You can access the home page here.
If the app does not work for you, there are alternate screening options. Some fans that may need to utilize this option, including people with foreign vaccines, partially vaccinated fans, and children ages 12 and 13. These alternate screening options will be available in the days leading up to the game and before kickoff. You can find the instructions for the alternate screening here.
Parking
Parking lots at Allegiant Stadium will open four hours before kickoff. Using an app called SpotHero, you can quickly reserve your parking spot for game day. If you choose not to reserve your spot, you can find parking in one of the 35,000 parking spots available. If you decide to park at the stadium, be mindful of the $100 fee that accompanies it. This fee is also cashless.
If driving on game day is not for you, rideshare options are also available. For fans that arrive by Lyft or Uber, there are two dedicated parking lots where you will arrive and depart from. It is important to note these are not the same parking lots that people will be parking. If you choose to rideshare, it may be beneficial to view the parking map to see where you will be dropped off and picked up.
Bags and Personal Belongings
Allegiant Stadium welcomes personal belongings during events. There are two bag check locations in the stadium for a $20 fee. Bag check opens in accordance with stadium openings. Bags left in the bag check more than one hour after the game will be brought to lost and found.
If you choose not to check your bag, please be advised that Allegiant Stadium only accepts clear plastic, PVC, or vinyl bags in their establishment. Backpacks, coolers, and fanny packs are a few items that will have to remain outside the stadium during the event.
When attending an event at Allegiant Stadium, it is vital to give yourself extra time to navigate the stadium and find your seating. Allegiant Stadium is sure to provide an exceptional event experience in one of the most electric cities in the world. After all, it’s Vegas, baby!
