From the looks of it, Jorge Masvidal wants another chance at the welterweight title. His most recent victory was over Colby Covington at UFC 272. Unsure of how likely that is, Masvidal is enthusiastic about a rematch with Nate Diaz, whom he defeated at UFC 244.

Jorge “Gamebred” Masvidal defeated Nate Diaz with a 3rd round stoppage. The fans feel the fight was stopped early, but Masvidal clearly feels differently about the outcome of the fight.

Masvidal let loose an explicit rant recently during a live Q&A. He talked repeatedly about how he almost killed Diaz the last time they fought.

That’s a lot of anger coming from a fighter who took care of business in his last fight with Diaz. A reason for his anger might be how Diaz has responded since the loss he took to Masvidal. A lesson might be coming to Nate Diaz in the near future.

Masvidal went on with his swear-filled rant about how Diaz isn’t worth his time right now as he’s looking to fry bigger fish. He also talked about how he’d gladly go against Diaz again to purely give him what he deserves. Diaz might regret talking crazy after their most recent fight.

Sounds like Nate Diaz might have some trouble in store for him if he’s looking for an opponent to fight in the future. Masvidal obviously has some hatred built up from the previous bout, and he’ll will be looking for a quick fight versus Nate Diaz.

It currently does not look like Nate Diaz is trying to get back into the ring. If he is, however, it sounds like Masvidal will be waiting for him. The fight could be another blood bath for Nate Diaz. That is only if he’s looking for a fight against the stronger and more skilled, Jorge Masvidal.
